Cancellation fees apply starting 2 days before your stay. Please let us know as early as possible.
(2 days before: 30% / 1 day before: 50% / Same day or no-show: 100%)
Payment is generally required in advance by credit card.

If you are traveling with children aged 5 or under (free when sharing a bed), please do not include them in the number of guests when making your reservation.

House Rules
Accommodation Information
Check-in: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
To ensure a quiet and comfortable environment for guests who are already resting, as well as for our neighbors, we ask that you check in during this time. If you do not arrive by 10:00 PM without notice, your reservation will be treated as a no-show and a cancellation fee will apply.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Closed hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Please note that the guesthouse is closed during this time.
Curfew: None. After 11:00 PM, entry and exit are managed with a keypad lock. If you go out or return late at night, please be mindful of other guests sharing the room and of our neighbors.
Children: Please contact us in advance regarding stays with children.

We do not have on-site parking. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.
